Meirong Village, located on the north bank of the Fuchun River, is one of the first batch of common prosperity villages in Hangzhou. Continuous rice paddies nestle against the Fuchun River, and groups of tourists enjoy the autumn atmosphere here. Since 2019, Meirong Village has initiated land transfer work, transferring 2,000 mu of land to the village's collective economic cooperative, which then leases it to large grain growers for unified rice and rapeseed cultivation. These 2,000 mu of farmland change scenery with the seasons, becoming an indispensable part of the village landscape.
