Summary : On November 11-12, 2023, the 5th China IT Education Boao Forum of CIE 2023 and the 20th Anniversary Conference of the Journal "Computer Education" were grandly held at the Boao Forum for Asia International Conference Center in Hainan. From November 11 to 12, 2023, the 5th CIE China IT Education Boao Forum and the 20th Anniversary Conference of "Computer Education" Magazine were grandly held at the Boao Forum for Asia International Conference Center in Hainan. The forum, themed "Integration of Industry and Education, Win-Win Supply and Demand," was jointly guided by the Computer Science and Technology Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Institutions, the Software Engineering Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Institutions, the Computer Vocational Education Teaching Steering Sub-Committee of the Industry and Information Technology Vocational Education Teaching Steering Committee, and the University Computer Course Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Institutions. It was hosted by the "Computer Education" Magazine and the Boao Education Forum Organizing Committee, organized by the Guoruan Education Research Institute and CSEN, and co-organized by SOYO Technology Development Co., Ltd., the Hainan Provincial University Computer Course Teaching Steering Committee, the Hainan Provincial Computer and Electronic Information Vocational Education Teaching Steering Committee, the Hainan Computer Society, Hainan University, Hainan College of Software Technology, Sanya University, Sanya Aviation and Tourism College, and the China (Hainan) South China Sea Museum. More than a thousand people attended the event, including renowned experts and scholars in the field of computer education, university presidents, deans and department heads of computer and IT-related majors, discipline leaders and key teachers, well-known IT enterprises, industry technology experts, heads of IT education institutions, and news media.
The opening ceremony was hosted by Xu Hao, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Jilin University, and Li Dongni, Deputy Dean of the School of Computer Science at Beijing Institute of Technology.
Striving for 20 years with dedication, deepening our efforts with unity
Xi Chunyan, editor-in-chief of Computer Education magazine, reviewed the magazine's 20-year development history, thanked the editorial board, authors, and readers for their support and affection, and shared the magazine's achievements and prospects for the future. At the same time, Editor-in-Chief Xi emphasized that the magazine will continue to deepen its work in the field of computer education, explore new ideas, discover new talents, and inject new vitality into China's computer education cause. Finally, she expressed that in the future, Computer Education magazine will continue to contribute to the development of China's computer education with a more vigorous attitude!
Since its inception in 2003, the journal "Computer Education" has adhered to the philosophy of "exploring new ideas and discovering new talents," publishing a large number of excellent teaching papers, affirming a host of young scholars, and promoting the development of the discipline. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the founding of "Computer Education" magazine. To review and summarize this journey, the editorial office specially organized selection activities such as "Lifetime Achievement Award," "Outstanding Contribution Award," "Special Contribution Award," "Best Organization Award," "Top 20 Authors," "Top 20 Papers," "Top 20 Partner Universities," "Top 20 Partner Enterprises," "Outstanding Workers in Computer Education," and "Industry-Academia Integration Cases & Paper Collection," and held a grand award ceremony at the conference site!
At this award ceremony, Guantai Technology was honored with the "Top 20 Cooperative Enterprises" award in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the founding of the journal "Computer Education". Wonderful sharing, jointly exploring the future of education
The afternoon main forum was divided into four parts: Academician Lecture, University Presidents' Roundtable, Innovation Sharing, and Master Teachers' Forum, hosted respectively by Qiu Qinlun, Secretary-General of the Intelligent Application Service Branch of China Software Industry Association and Executive Dean of Guoruan Education, and Lü Weifeng, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of China Software Industry Association and Vice President of Beihang University.
Qiu Qinlun, Secretary-General of the Intelligent Application Service Branch of China Software Industry Association, taking the "AI Empowering University Plan" that the association has organized and implemented as a case, by summarizing the implementation experience of this plan in nearly 20 universities of Project 985 and Project 211, proposed that industry experts, enterprise coaches, and university mentors jointly guide students, applying competition-based teaching methods to the school's innovation and entrepreneurship and practical courses, so as to stimulate students' intrinsic learning motivation, improve students' learning participation and problem-solving ability. Secretary Qiu expressed that he hopes through this innovative practice, more universities can implement the "student-centered" talent cultivation concept.
Crown Standard Wireless Technology Group and China (Hainan) Museum of the South China Sea co-hosted the sub-forum on "Digitalization in Museum Applications"

On the afternoon of November 12, under the arrangement of Crown Standard Wireless Technology Group, guests visited the China (Hainan) Museum of the South China Sea to attend the sub-forum on digitalization in museum applications.
Xin Lixue, curator of the China (Hainan) Museum of the South China Sea, delivered a speech titled "Application of Digital Technology in Museums." The speech focused on museums and digitalization, digital practice and exploration, and reflections after five years of operation. He stated that digitalization is a major global trend. During the promotion phase of the "14th Five-Year Plan" for the development of the digital economy, China has vigorously promoted digitalization, hoping to integrate digital development with cultural development. The General Secretary pointed out: "We must actively promote the protection and utilization of cultural relics and the inheritance of cultural heritage, explore the multiple values of cultural relics and cultural heritage, and spread more value symbols and cultural products that carry Chinese culture and the Chinese spirit." In the era of digital cultural tourism, digitalization has become a new driving force for the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry. As an important carrier of cultural inheritance and continuity, museums are important bases that carry the past, present, and future of human development, and are important channels for Chinese people to tell China's stories well. SOYO Technology Night Beach Concert - Wireless Audio-Visual, Let Music Fly
